Shipping and fulfillment

Moon Spirit Pottery currently ships within the United States only.

Ready-to-ship pottery orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before carrier transit time. If a piece has a different processing timeline, it will be noted on the product page.

Shipping rates and available services are shown at checkout. Pottery is packed carefully, but handmade ceramic work is fragile; please inspect your order promptly when it arrives.

Local delivery available throughout the Tampa Bay Area. We generally deliver within about 50 miles of Wesley Chapel, FL — message us to confirm your location.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@moonspiritpottery.com with your order number and supporting photos within 48 hours.
